How to attribute and preserve the context
  1. Place a visible Peptide Serum citation beside the relevant claim, table or passage; do not substitute a general homepage link.
  2. Identify what you reused, and distinguish our compilation or interpretation from an original study or supplier statement.
  3. Keep links and credit to the primary studies, trial registries, supplier listings and other original sources supporting the material.
  4. For price comparisons, preserve currency, units, vial or pack size, sample count, observation dates, exchange-rate date and exclusions.
  5. Keep provisional labels, methodological limits and evidence caveats. A price comparison does not establish equivalent product quality.
  6. Check the live source before describing prices, availability or research status as current; record your actual access date.

Complete research for CJC-1295 + DAC

The updated research profile and study-exposure context appear below, with source links and evidence limitations.

Research-use context This source material is not medical advice, a treatment recommendation, or instructions for human or veterinary use.

CJC-1295 with DAC: half-life and hormone-exposure evidence

CJC-1295 with DAC refers to the albumin-binding, long-acting research construct associated with the original CJC-1295 studies. Its prolonged hormone effects are experimentally documented. They should not be confused with demonstrated clinical benefits or transferred to a product lacking that modification.

Identity and formulation

DAC describes the modification used to extend persistence through albumin binding. It changes the exposure profile and is not merely a packaging or salt label.

The clinical papers do not fully specify every salt-form detail. A claim of identical study material therefore requires more than matching CJC-DAC on a label.

What the studies show

Human research characterized prolonged exposure and GH/IGF-1 responses. A separate pulsatility experiment found that the pattern of GH pulses persisted while trough levels increased. This is a specific physiological observation, not proof that the intervention simply restores a youthful or harmless hormone pattern.

Selected directly relevant studies and their limits
Study and design Finding What it does not establish
Prolonged stimulation of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor I secretion by CJC-1295, a long-acting analog of GH-releasing hormone, in healthy adults.

Randomized placebo-controlled single- and repeat-exposure studies in healthy adults

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

The estimated half-life was 5.8–8.1 days, and repeated exposure produced persistent IGF-1 elevation. Persistence and accumulation describe pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, not an optimal personal schedule or proven clinical benefit.
Pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH) persists during continuous stimulation by CJC-1295, a long-acting GH-releasing hormone analog.

Overnight GH-sampling study in healthy adult men before and after the long-acting analogue

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

GH pulsatility remained detectable, while basal GH and mean hormone measures increased. Preserved pulses did not mean unchanged secretion: trough levels rose. The study did not measure longevity, recovery or athletic performance.

For the differences between a mechanism, a biomarker and a clinical outcome, see the evidence-reading guide.

How to interpret the findings

Half-life is the time scale for a concentration to decline; it is not a countdown to a safe next exposure. Repeated exposures can accumulate, and downstream hormone effects have their own time course.

A mechanism that uses endogenous secretion can still change the magnitude and duration of hormone exposure. Describing it as natural does not settle its benefit–risk balance.

The trials provide a reason to distinguish DAC-containing material from shorter-acting analogues. They do not establish that greater persistence is desirable for every clinical purpose.

Safety context

The FDA December 2024 review describes frequent local reactions and reports systemic symptoms in the underlying early studies. The absence of a serious event in a small trial should not be rewritten as absence of side effects.

The clinical evidence does not establish long-term safety of sustained GH/IGF-1 elevation or a safe repeated-use pattern outside the studied setting.

Study exposure and units

Keep the measured compound half-life separate from the duration of GH or IGF-1 changes. They are related but different observations.

Do not use the original study’s persistence to calculate a regimen for no-DAC material, or vice versa. Salt form, construct and actual exposure need to be matched first.

Match any reported amount or concentration to the exact material, route, population and duration in the original experiment. Read the guide to mass, volume and concentration for the meaning of common units. A calculation cannot establish an appropriate treatment or validate an untested formulation.

Product identity and report checks

Verify the albumin-binding modification and full sequence through appropriate identity documentation, with the chemical form explicitly reported.

Ask whether the assay identifies the complete modified peptide rather than simply reporting a peak percentage. A label claim of extended action is not a clinical quality test.

Keep the clinical evidence and the supplier evidence separate. Use the report-verification steps to check the issuer and the batch questions to connect a tested sample with the product offered. Compare prices using the delivered-cost method rather than an isolated discount or purity percentage.

Peptide Serum operates a store as well as this research library. The supplier directory contains imported seller information; a listing is not laboratory certification. Read how this library is prepared and evaluate the documentation for the exact lot offered. A seller rating does not establish clinical safety or effectiveness.

Common questions

Does preserved pulsatility mean the hormone profile is unchanged?

No. The study found increased trough and mean GH despite preserved pulse pattern. That distinction is essential to interpreting the result.

Is a multi-day half-life a recommended dosing interval?

No. A measured half-life describes elimination under study conditions. Choosing an exposure schedule requires safety and efficacy evidence beyond that number.

CJC-1295 with DAC: study exposure and units

This companion to the CJC-1295 with DAC research profile explains how to interpret experimental quantities. It provides no personal-use regimen.

Read exposure in its original context

Keep the measured compound half-life separate from the duration of GH or IGF-1 changes. They are related but different observations.

Do not use the original study’s persistence to calculate a regimen for no-DAC material, or vice versa. Salt form, construct and actual exposure need to be matched first.

Find the tested material, formulation, route, study population, comparison group and observation period in the original paper. Exposure in a cell system or animal model does not supply a human starting amount, schedule or route.

Mass, volume and concentration describe different things

Mass describes an amount of material; concentration describes that amount per final solution volume. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. Neither a vial label nor arithmetic establishes identity, stability, sterility or an appropriate use.

Read the units reference and the study summaries and their limitations. Use the original methods for the precise experimental conditions; do not transfer a reported amount between different materials or study models.

Continue with the evidence

The main profile links the selected primary sources, distinguishes the study designs and explains what the findings cannot show. A trial registration is a research plan, not a published result.
