Frequently asked questions
Products and quality
What does research-grade mean?
On this site, the term describes the stated laboratory-research purpose. The term alone does not specify which tests were performed or establish suitability for human or veterinary use. Evaluate the actual product documentation and test scope.
How should products be stored?
Product pages include general handling notes. Check the exact product label and available documentation for material-specific storage conditions. If the conditions you need are not stated, contact us before ordering; a general handling note is not a validated stability protocol.
Do you provide certificates or test results?
Request the documentation on file for the exact product and lot through our Lab Testing page. Check the report’s sample, methods, and relationship to the relevant batch.
Ordering
Who can purchase?
Adults 21+ ordering for legitimate laboratory research purposes must also be accepted, current members of The Peptide Community, receive manual approval for their account email, and verify that email. Use the exact address supplied in the private PeptideSerum membership question. See membership and access steps, then open My account. Ordering follows the catalog’s current availability notice. Find the calculator, member catalog and research links in Member Tools.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout when ordering is available. Check the catalog’s current availability notice before proceeding. Membership approval and email verification are separate from payment availability.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, up until it is processed for shipping. After dispatch, orders cannot be recalled.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched promptly with tracking. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Utah to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is $25 USD per order; free shipping is not offered. Read the Shipping and Returns policy and contact us with destination questions. Buyers are responsible for knowing their local import rules.
Research documentation questions
What does a certificate of analysis establish?
A report describes the submitted sample and the tests listed in that document. Identity, quantity, purity and a particular contaminant are different questions. A genuine report does not automatically establish which current stock it represents.
For documentation available for a Peptide Serum product, follow the request process on Lab Testing. Then use the COA reading guide to check the sample, test scope and inventory connection.
Does 99% purity verify the labeled amount?
No. Read the laboratory’s definition of purity and look separately for a measured quantity. A peptide-purity percentage is not the same as the milligrams in a finished vial or the mass fraction of a raw powder. A single percentage may also be unsuitable for a blend. Janoshik’s explanation of purity illustrates why the definition matters.
How can I check whether a report is authentic?
Obtain the complete report and compare it with the laboratory’s own record through its stated verification method. For Janoshik, that uses a task number and unique key. A logo or report layout is not enough, and a broken link alone does not establish forgery. Read the issuer’s verification instructions. For seller identity checks and report discrepancies, read our supplier warning signs and report checks guide.
What connects a report with the product?
Compare compound, formulation, lot identifier, labeled amount and the explanation of which stock was sampled. Ask what is known about sample selection. Report authenticity and inventory matching are separate checks. If the relationship is missing, describe it as unresolved rather than assuming all stock passed or no testing occurred.
Does a purity result cover sterility or endotoxin?
No. Read the actual methods and results for those separate questions. A test of one submitted sample does not establish the condition of every unit or suitability for human or veterinary use. The COA guide explains test scope and reporting limits.
Does a published study verify a product sold here?
No. The paper concerns its specified material, preparation, population or model and outcome. It does not authenticate Peptide Serum inventory or establish that a research product is equivalent to an approved medicine. Start with how to read human and preclinical evidence and the compound library.
