Source: PeptideSerum-exact-size-market-comparison.xlsx. One selected single-container price per supplier domain, for the same labeled vial size and formulation. Blends match recorded component amounts. The arithmetic mean uses the first ten selected supplier prices in recorded Google discovery order, or the true smaller sample when ten could not be found. No size scaling, mg-to-IU conversion, pack discount or minimum price range is substituted.

The green percentage, when shown, compares the member price for every visitor: (recorded exact-size market average minus Peptide Serum member price) divided by the recorded market average. Unrounded values are used and the percentage is rounded down to one decimal. It is omitted when the member price is equal to or above the reference or the refreshed snapshot cannot be confirmed. Member pricing requires verified paid PRO membership.

These are dated price observations, not live available supplier offers. Shipping is excluded. Supplier tax treatment is retained as recorded and can differ. Memberships, clinical qualifications, ancillary supplies and availability can affect comparability; source notes retain these limitations. Some observations were sold out. Seller domains may be correlated through one manufacturer. This is not a revenue-ranked or complete-market survey.

Non-USD native prices are converted using ECB reference rates dated October 9, 2026. Recorded exchange-rate source. Original prices and currencies are shown below. Currency conversion does not make tax treatment or purchasing conditions identical.

Complete research for BPC-157

The updated research profile and study-exposure context appear below, with source links and evidence limitations.

Research-use context This source material is not medical advice, a treatment recommendation, or instructions for human or veterinary use.

BPC-157: human evidence, laboratory findings and limits

BPC-157 has been investigated in tissue-repair models and a limited human literature. Laboratory findings support further research, but they do not establish that a commercial preparation heals an injury, treats a gastrointestinal condition or is safe for routine use. The human reports ask different questions and should be examined separately.

Identity and formulation

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide containing 15 amino acids. The material, formulation and route used in a paper matter when interpreting its findings.

BPC-157 alone is different from a combination containing thymosin-beta-4 or another substance. A combined result cannot isolate the contribution of either component.

What the studies show

The selected published reports include uncontrolled human observations and preclinical experiments. FDA’s July 2026 briefing also discusses older randomized healthy-volunteer and ulcerative-colitis reports available as meeting abstracts. Therefore, a blanket statement that no randomized studies exist is too absolute; their existence also does not establish efficacy. Reporting was incomplete, and the cited colitis comparison’s confidence interval included no difference.

Study and design Finding What it does not establish
The promoting effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on tendon healing involves tendon outgrowth, cell survival, and cell migration.

Rat tendon explants and cultured tendon fibroblasts

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

Researchers observed greater explant outgrowth, migration and survival under oxidative stress. These are laboratory behaviors, not measurements of patient pain, repaired tendon structure or return to sport.
Intra-Articular Injection of BPC 157 for Multiple Types of Knee Pain.

Retrospective knee-pain chart review and telephone follow-up

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

Of 16 patients reached, 12 had received BPC-157 alone and four a combination; improvement was reported in 11 and three, respectively. No randomized comparator or standardized functional assessment was used. Recall-based pain reports do not demonstrate tissue repair.
Effect of BPC-157 on Symptoms in Patients with Interstitial Cystitis: A Pilot Study.

Uncontrolled pilot in 12 patients with interstitial cystitis

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

The authors reported symptom improvement after the studied intervention. Without a comparison group, placebo response, natural variation and other influences cannot be separated from an intervention effect.
Safety of Intravenous Infusion of BPC157 in Humans: A Pilot Study.

Brief intravenous-exposure safety pilot in two previously exposed adults

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

The authors reported no adverse effects during the short observation period. Two participants cannot establish general safety, detect uncommon harms or demonstrate injury healing.

For the differences between a mechanism, a biomarker and a clinical outcome, see the evidence-reading guide.

Registered studies are separate from results

The PCO-02 registry record, NCT02637284, describes a planned randomized safety and pharmacokinetic study. When checked on October 7, 2026, its displayed status was unknown. An unknown status does not establish that a study was cancelled or completed.

When checked on the same date, the hamstring-strain record, NCT07437547, was listed as recruiting with no results posted. These are sponsor-entered registry records, not published findings of effectiveness. The dated statuses should not be read as a confirmation of current recruitment or independent verification of study conduct.

How to interpret the findings

Pain relief, tissue structure and physical function are different endpoints. The knee report does not justify a success percentage for tendon repair or every injury.

Small uncontrolled studies can identify questions worth testing. More reliable treatment conclusions require characterized material, appropriate comparators, prespecified outcomes and follow-up suited to both benefit and harm.

A study registration describes a plan or record. It is not a completed positive result, and its intervention must match the claim before it is counted as evidence.

Safety context

FDA’s July 2026 briefing raises characterization, impurity, aggregation and immunogenicity concerns and states that the evaluated substances were not components of an FDA-approved drug. This was an advisory assessment, not a final legal determination for every jurisdiction.

The FDA compounding page checked October 9, 2026 lists BPC-157 under withdrawn nominations. Withdrawal is not approval and should not be described as a current Category 2 listing.

The human reports cannot establish reliable rates for uncommon or long-term harms. Cell-migration or blood-vessel mechanisms alone also cannot quantify a cancer risk in people. Both reassuring and alarming clinical claims need suitable evidence.

Study exposure and units

A research exposure belongs to its material, model, route and study conditions. The sources here do not establish a standard personal dose, preferred injection location, reliable results timeline or validated combination.

Animal-to-human calculations cannot supply the missing clinical evidence. A quantity reported in a knee or bladder study should not be carried across routes or conditions as a recommended regimen.

For source comparison, keep single-agent and combination exposure separate and record what outcome was actually assessed.

Match any reported amount or concentration to the exact material, route, population and duration in the original experiment. Read the guide to mass, volume and concentration for the meaning of common units. A calculation cannot establish an appropriate treatment or validate an untested formulation.

Product identity and report checks

Confirm that a report identifies BPC-157 itself, its chemical form and the particular sample or batch. The shared short name does not establish equivalence to a clinical study material.

Identity and quantity results are distinct from sterility, endotoxin assessment or clinical efficacy. A purity percentage cannot establish that a product treats a condition or is suitable for administration.

Keep the clinical evidence and the supplier evidence separate. Use the report-verification steps to check the issuer and the batch questions to connect a tested sample with the product offered. Compare prices using the delivered-cost method rather than an isolated discount or purity percentage.

Peptide Serum operates a store as well as this research library. The supplier directory contains imported seller information; a listing is not laboratory certification. Read how this library is prepared and evaluate the documentation for the exact lot offered. A seller rating does not establish clinical safety or effectiveness.

Common questions

Does the knee study show an 87.5% healing rate?

No. Four of the 16 respondents received a combination, outcomes were reported by telephone, and pain improvement was not a structural-healing measurement. Pooling the groups hides those limitations.

Is a two-person safety report enough to call BPC-157 safe?

No. It describes a brief observation in previously exposed people. It cannot establish risks during repeated use, in other populations or with different formulations.

BPC-157: study exposure and units

This companion to the BPC-157 research profile explains how to interpret experimental quantities. It provides no personal-use regimen.

Read exposure in its original context

A research exposure belongs to its material, model, route and study conditions. The sources here do not establish a standard personal dose, preferred injection location, reliable results timeline or validated combination.

Animal-to-human calculations cannot supply the missing clinical evidence. A quantity reported in a knee or bladder study should not be carried across routes or conditions as a recommended regimen.

For source comparison, keep single-agent and combination exposure separate and record what outcome was actually assessed.

Find the tested material, formulation, route, study population, comparison group and observation period in the original paper. Exposure in a cell system or animal model does not supply a human starting amount, schedule or route.

Mass, volume and concentration describe different things

Mass describes an amount of material; concentration describes that amount per final solution volume. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. Neither a vial label nor arithmetic establishes identity, stability, sterility or an appropriate use.

Read the units reference and the study summaries and their limitations. Use the original methods for the precise experimental conditions; do not transfer a reported amount between different materials or study models.

Continue with the evidence

The main profile links the selected primary sources, distinguishes the study designs and explains what the findings cannot show. A trial registration is a research plan, not a published result.
