Source: PeptideSerum-exact-size-market-comparison.xlsx. One selected single-container price per supplier domain, for the same labeled vial size and formulation. Blends match recorded component amounts. The arithmetic mean uses the first ten selected supplier prices in recorded Google discovery order, or the true smaller sample when ten could not be found. No size scaling, mg-to-IU conversion, pack discount or minimum price range is substituted.

The green percentage, when shown, compares the member price for every visitor: (recorded exact-size market average minus Peptide Serum member price) divided by the recorded market average. Unrounded values are used and the percentage is rounded down to one decimal. It is omitted when the member price is equal to or above the reference or the refreshed snapshot cannot be confirmed. Member pricing requires verified paid PRO membership.

These are dated price observations, not live available supplier offers. Shipping is excluded. Supplier tax treatment is retained as recorded and can differ. Memberships, clinical qualifications, ancillary supplies and availability can affect comparability; source notes retain these limitations. Some observations were sold out. Seller domains may be correlated through one manufacturer. This is not a revenue-ranked or complete-market survey.

Non-USD native prices are converted using ECB reference rates dated October 9, 2026. Recorded exchange-rate source. Original prices and currencies are shown below. Currency conversion does not make tax treatment or purchasing conditions identical.

Cagrilintide: human trials and combination evidence

Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analogue investigated for weight management. Unlike many compounds in peptide catalogs, it has randomized human outcome data. Those data still require careful attribution: cagrilintide alone and its combination with semaglutide are different interventions.

Identity and formulation

Amylin-related signaling and GLP-1-related signaling are different. Semaglutide is the separate GLP-1 component of the combination commonly called CagriSema.

A study-manufactured intervention with controlled dosing, follow-up and eligibility criteria is not automatically equivalent to a catalog vial or an independently assembled blend.

What the studies show

The 2021 phase 2 trial supports a weight-management signal for cagrilintide alone in adults with overweight or obesity without diabetes. The 2025 REDEFINE 1 trial provides larger, longer evidence for the coadministered combination. Its headline result must not be described as the effect of cagrilintide alone.

Once-weekly cagrilintide for weight management in people with overweight and obesity: a multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled and active-controlled, dose-finding phase 2 trial.

Randomized phase 2 dose-finding study in 706 adults, with placebo and liraglutide comparison groups

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

At 26 weeks, cagrilintide groups had greater mean weight reduction than placebo; gastrointestinal events were more frequent. Results varied by study group and estimand. The controlled population and treatment setting limit application to other populations or products.
Coadministered Cagrilintide and Semaglutide in Adults with Overweight or Obesity.

Phase 3a randomized 68-week REDEFINE 1 trial in 3,417 adults without diabetes

Reading scope: PubMed abstract and bibliographic record; not full-text review

The cagrilintide–semaglutide group had an estimated mean weight change of −20.4% versus −3.0% with placebo under the treatment-policy estimand. This result belongs to the combination. It is not a cagrilintide-only result, and it includes a specific trial population and lifestyle intervention.

For the differences between a mechanism, a biomarker and a clinical outcome, see the evidence-reading guide.

How to interpret the findings

An estimand defines which treatment question the analysis answers, including how it handles stopping or not adhering to treatment. A percentage assuming continued adherence should not be presented as identical to an intention-to-treat-style estimate.

The REDEFINE 1 abstract describes separate monotherapy arms, but the quoted primary comparison is combination versus placebo. A comparison against cagrilintide alone needs the corresponding arm data rather than subtraction or guesswork.

Weight reduction does not by itself establish an effect on every cardiovascular, metabolic or longevity outcome. Each additional claim needs its own measured endpoint.

Safety context

In the phase 2 study, nausea and other gastrointestinal events were frequent. In REDEFINE 1, gastrointestinal events occurred more often with the combination than placebo, although most were described as transient and mild to moderate.

The combination adverse-event rate cannot isolate which component caused an event or predict the safety of an independently sourced mixture.

Study exposure and units

Dose-finding and escalation were parts of monitored trial protocols. They should not be repurposed as a personal titration plan or instructions for combining substances.

Keep monotherapy and combination exposures in separate rows. A total blend mass does not specify the amount of either component or establish equivalence to the coadministered trial regimen.

Match any reported amount or concentration to the exact material, route, population and duration in the original experiment. Read the guide to mass, volume and concentration for the meaning of common units. A calculation cannot establish an appropriate treatment or validate an untested formulation.

Product identity and report checks

Verify whether a listing is single-agent cagrilintide or a declared mixture, with the amount and identity of every component clearly stated.

A percentage purity result alone cannot verify correct content, stability or equivalence to trial material. This article does not establish current local authorization or commercial availability of a product.

Keep the clinical evidence and the supplier evidence separate. Use the report-verification steps to check the issuer and the batch questions to connect a tested sample with the product offered. Compare prices using the delivered-cost method rather than an isolated discount or purity percentage.

Peptide Serum operates a store as well as this research library. The supplier directory contains imported seller information; a listing is not laboratory certification. Read how this library is prepared and evaluate the documentation for the exact lot offered. A seller rating does not establish clinical safety or effectiveness.

Common questions

Is the roughly 20% weight change a result for cagrilintide alone?

No. The quoted REDEFINE 1 result is for coadministered cagrilintide and semaglutide, alongside lifestyle intervention, in adults meeting trial criteria.

Does a published trial verify a product sold with the same name?

No. Clinical evidence and product identity are separate. Trial results do not authenticate the sequence, amount, handling or formulation of a particular listing.

Cagrilintide: study exposure and units

This companion to the Cagrilintide research profile explains how to interpret experimental quantities. It provides no personal-use regimen.

Read exposure in its original context

Dose-finding and escalation were parts of monitored trial protocols. They should not be repurposed as a personal titration plan or instructions for combining substances.

Keep monotherapy and combination exposures in separate rows. A total blend mass does not specify the amount of either component or establish equivalence to the coadministered trial regimen.

Find the tested material, formulation, route, study population, comparison group and observation period in the original paper. Exposure in a cell system or animal model does not supply a human starting amount, schedule or route.

Mass, volume and concentration describe different things

Mass describes an amount of material; concentration describes that amount per final solution volume. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. Neither a vial label nor arithmetic establishes identity, stability, sterility or an appropriate use.

Read the units reference and the study summaries and their limitations. Use the original methods for the precise experimental conditions; do not transfer a reported amount between different materials or study models.

Continue with the evidence

The main profile links the selected primary sources, distinguishes the study designs and explains what the findings cannot show. A trial registration is a research plan, not a published result.
