Shipping and returns
Because our products are sensitive research materials, our return policy is narrow and enforced consistently. Placing an order means you accept the terms below.
Shipping
Orders ship from Utah to the United States and Canada. With our standard shipping method, orders below five purchased items have a $25 USD shipping charge, and orders of five or more purchased items qualify for free shipping. Repeated quantities count toward the threshold; one BAC water five-pack counts as one purchased item. Available methods and final charges are shown at checkout.
- Orders are processed and dispatched promptly on business days
- Every shipment includes tracking
- Carrier delays, customs holds, and import restrictions are outside our control, though we will help you chase a stuck package
- Confirm your shipping address carefully - packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered
When a return is accepted
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or compromised
- A verified problem exists with the lot
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos where relevant. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
When a return is not accepted
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Ordering errors made by the customer
- Products that have been opened or improperly stored
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved by replacement where stock allows, or refund to the original payment method. Cancellations are possible only before an order is processed for shipment.
